Kelt Dee : Alright - So tell us How did you first get into DJing, and what inspired you to pursue it as a career?
DJ Preddy : I have always love music growing up. So after I graduated from Yaba college where I studied OTM, I processed to a music school called Tenstrings music institute where I did a 1yr diploma in music
Kelt Dee : Wow now I see where all of it comes from
DJ Preddy : yes 😀
I was trained to use piano, voice training and Djing
Kelt Dee : I wouldn't say you surprised me of coming this far in the industry, doing so well and making big name for your brand. Do you mind telling us how it all started
DJ Preddy : After training on djing in school, I noticed street djing is quite different from what I was thought so I hired some street dj who again thought me also. It become fun ever since then
Kelt Dee : That means you really have passion on djing
DJ Preddy : Yes
Kelt Dee : What is one memorable moment you've had as a DJ that stands out to you?
DJ Preddy : People then, when I started don't believe in female djs but we kept pushing and today we have been able to prove them wrong 💯. And we have also inspired so many young girls in the industry
Kelt Dee : I agree with you. It's a 💯 wrong cause you are doing so well. DJ Commissioner is doing so well. Am planning to bring her up after you
Kelt Dee : Looking at where you are now I would have said you don't need more fame, 😊 Cause DJ Preddy is ringing a bell 🔔 like the name DJ Khalid, so tell me what are your other plans towards getting to where you always wish to be
DJ Preddy : I want to really stand out with the kind of music I do
Kelt Dee : Fantastic.
Kelt Dee : What music genres do you specialize in, and how would you describe your DJ style?
DJ Preddy : Well I do dancehall. But because I work as an in house dj at eko hotel I play across all genres,Because is a multi cultural gathering
Kelt Dee : That's the quality of a professional DJ. You have it all, Yea EKO hotel is a big name. And we know the calibres of people that turns up there
Kelt Dee : What are some of the biggest challenges you've faced as a female DJ in the industry
DJ Preddy : Rejection as a female dj because it was a male dominated field
Kelt Dee : Why did you think so
DJ Preddy : When I started it was male dominated.But these days we have alot of female Disc jockey
Kelt Dee : Wow I see, Let's proceed . How do you read a crowd and adapt your set to their energy level?
DJ Preddy : Is simple when a genre is played and people vibe more that way you will keep reading to understand what the crowd enjoy most

Kelt Dee : What are your goals for your DJ career in the next few years?
DJ Preddy : Do great productions for people and for myself too
Kelt Dee : And lastly, what are those wish you always wish people, friends, fans, family and friends to do for you in other to upgrade you from where you are to where you've always wanted to be
