THE  MAN 'SURA' & WHY THE 'PDP' ON THE PLATEAU ARE FAVOURITES

Like a farmer on a farm, he is not judged before the harvest; but after the yields are quantified.

If true, then the hour of accountability from the ruling APC is near & Plateau will want to know the quality & quantity of their 8 years of harvest.

Unlike APC political analysts who were/are more interested in sentimental critics, & have always been quick to apportion blames at the PDP; i chose to differ from party segmentation & focus on individuals at the helms of power (government).

The LALONG administration have within its time in office, engaged the plateau citizenry to embark on gigantic life changing projects; which if executed would have endeared them to the people.

These projects are:

-completion of Zaria stadium

-demolishing & rebuilding of Jos Main Market

-provision of Tractors to farmers at the 17LG

-elevating Tourism by reequipping wildlife park, & a face lift of the Pandam game reserve in Qua'an pan Lg.

While these are just a few of the APC LALONG government campaign promises, there are many others such as:

-completing all PDP left over projects_ which are:

~verhead bridge along National Library

~Abattoir rigip road

~Dogon karfe/British America route e.t.c

At this juncture, lets pause & educate ourselves on what 'leadership' is in the true sense of the word. Permit your conscious judge for it's self; if PLATEAU has improved structurally & economic wise.

This man 'Rtd Brig Gen John Sunday Sura', why him? Two things in particular stands him out:

-Security intelligence:- His acquisition of military superior mental know-how; is one that garnishes his colorful CV. Let me drop just one of the military meritorious service award;

>Distinguish Service Star(DSS) 'highest medal attainable in the military.

Plateau have gone to & fro without adequate protection of life's & properties; we've bled, we've buried countless loved ones, we've been hunted out of our ancestral homes, & we've lost properties worth millions of naira. Little wonder the persistent plea from inhabitants of Plateau, to have the Diplomatic & youthful Strategic Rtd Brig General to run for the state's number one sit.

-Academic soundness:- check out the following for your perusal;

>Masters in Economics

>Fellow of Certified Institute of Taxation (FCTI)

>Fellow  of Certified National Accountants (FCNA)

>Fellow Company Commercial Accountant (FCCA)

>Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

>Member Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM)

This hybrid knowledge shouldn't be allowed to go to waste, at least not after our state has slipped into an unusual stagnation of economic imbalances.

Lastly, why PDP? Not because its a political party absent weaknesses, but because its the only reliable platform tested & trusted with refined feasible ideology.

Its motto 'Power to the People', is what the citizenry truly crave for at this time that the APC have totally hijacked & abused the privileged powers bestowed on them.

Whatever the case may be as the 2023 polity heat up, we as a people (Plateau) wish the LALONG APC well, as they tidy up within the remaining few months to hand back the mandates of the people.
