We are talented! We thank God for that. We feel underrated because we have A-list artist like ice prince, M I, Jesse jag, Mr p. And rude boi, Dr Smith, cant keep counting cos I have a lot to list if it's about the talented people and blessed people from our city we are #josartist.
Recently we have our songs and videos only played by our own siblings, friends and family bcos we are #josartist.
Without apologies to any Dj in Jos we have failed to play our role as real friends to Jos artist, we only acknowledge them when they are performing on stage and we are deejaying, we collect money from them as radio DJs just to promote your songs we are sorry, we don't download your songs even when you send a direct link to our Whatsapp Chats, but we get busy downloading those Lagos Bois that don't know us, even some of our DJs beg for hype from them just to promote feel as big Dj, so local, I only hear this unprofessional act in Jos city.
Recently in Jos there is a particular voice banging all the airwaves as hit song everywhere, what is the creterial of best song of the week? We Jos artist have better songs that can compete with burna boi, Wizkid, tekno, but our talent have been relegated cos we don't have money to secure HIT SONG OF THE WEEK, imagine a record label coming to Jos and getting into Jos plateau, they hear the HIT SONG OF THE WEEK? with the quality of hit song of the week that have trend in Jos for some weeks now am sure the scouting label will take a turn cos the hit song is not even an average standard son)g, then imagine we #josartist that are not hitting the air waves?
We Jos #artist we have to promote our work outside Jos before we get accepted in our own town why?? bamu da kudi!
We have seen our senior artist that have blown to the top that sometimes you invite them to Jos they refuse bcos home never treat them fine when they are growing to the top #wejosartist.
We Jos artist we don't get paid when big shows are holding in Jos all we hear is "na we dey help you" we even beg for appearance. Even when we are suppose to get paid some people will still cut down our pay, we are entertainers that pay for studio sessions pay back up artist, pay dancers. But we get insult from entertainment vendors, and you respect mc's and comedians bcos they are loud.
Wetin I wan even talk, we Jos artist are good and we will drop a Jos artist EP. Before the end of this year and a Jos artist dj mix to shut you up and earn our Respect.
By the way we will even lunch the Jos anthem hosted by limitless edge.
And we gonna own our club as Jos artist.
Sorry I am speaking for Jos artist I am a Jos Dj, but my heart is with #josartist.
